These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between the Hey Bajee platform and all its members. Hey Bajee is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operating under an international gaming licence.

• All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information will result in account closure.
• Each individual may hold only one Hey Bajee account.
• Any changes to account details (name, address, phone number) must be reported to Support immediately.
• Account credentials (password, OTP) must not be shared with anyone.

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used to make the deposit.
• KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• Hey Bajee does not charge any transaction fees — though the payment provider's own charges may apply.
• Hey Bajee reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in the case of suspicious transactions.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be completed first.

• While using a bonus, the maximum single bet is ৳500 or 10% of the bonus value, whichever is lower.
• Slot game wagers count 100% toward requirements; table games count 20%.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active on an account at the same time.
• If Hey Bajee finds evidence of bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled.
• Hey Bajee reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

The general rules governing betting and gaming on Hey Bajee are outlined below. The specific rules of each individual game must also be followed.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, Hey Bajee may void the bet for that round and issue a refund.
• In Sports Betting, if a match is cancelled, bets are generally refunded.
• In Live Gaming, the host's decision is final — unless a technical error is proven.
• Hey Bajee reserves the right to set a maximum win cap. Check the Cashier page for the current limit.
• If incorrect odds are published, Hey Bajee may void the affected bets or recalculate them at the correct odds.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Hey Bajee. Any violation may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of the account balance.

• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonus offers (bonus hunting).
• Using software, bots, or automation tools to play games.
• Attempting to gain any strategic advantage outside the rules of the game.
• Using the Hey Bajee platform for money laundering purposes.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Behaving rudely toward or threatening Hey Bajee staff.

Both Hey Bajee and the member reserve the right to close the account.

• Members can close their account at any time by contacting support — any remaining balance will be refunded.
• Hey Bajee may suspend or permanently close an account for violations of these rules.
• Requesting voluntary Self-Exclusion will lock your account for a minimum of 6 months.
• If an account is closed due to a rule violation, Hey Bajee may place the balance on hold while an investigation is ongoing.

Hey Bajee takes responsible gaming very seriously. We believe gaming should be a source of entertainment, not a means of income.

• Each member can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• A session time limit can be set — you will be automatically logged out after the specified duration.
• Self-exclusion can be set for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently.
• If signs of problem gambling are detected, Hey Bajee will proactively reach out to the member with support.
